El Secreto Musical
Tucked in the heart of Santo Domingo’s neighborhood Villa Consuelo is El Secreto Musical (“The Musical Secret”), one of the most emblematic spaces dedicated to “Son” music. El Secreto Musical, with its humble façade, will make you feel as if you were transplanted back in time somewhere to the 1950s. These photos were taken in January 2019.
